I grew up in Paris, the international capital of fashion. I’ve always had a taste for fashion and a discerning sense of style. When I moved to Miami at the age of nineteen, I began a career as a model. I was immersed in fashion working for the most prestigious designers and top-tier brands,

I soon amassed an extensive collection of exclusive pieces, so I started selling them as a  hobby in 2011. Back when it wasn’t cool and the only marketplace Craigslist. (Yes, I did start with Craigslist!). I immediately fell in love with the feeling of having only garments which truly brought me joy and offering the rest to avid fashion devotees.

After moving to Los Angeles in 2015, I discovered Poshmark. Since then, I sold hundreds of items through that platform. My friends marveled at my ability to pare down my closet and focus only on the best pieces for a classic tailored wardrobe. I was soon helping my friends "edit" their closets and sometimes selling their precious items. I know sometimes it can be hard of let go of some things but how amazing it is to only keep what we cherish the most. Having coffee and discussing clothing in someone's dressing room is my idea of a good time.

I’m now taking it to a higher level and sharing my passion for upcycling select pieces to a more preferential group through my own platform. I want to share my love of upcycling designer pieces, allowing my clients to offer their things to others, and giving their clothes a second life. Nowadays, it is truly important to be more conscious of what we buy and its toll to our environment. Buying quality pre-owned items is a conscious way to reduce your carbon footprint and conserve vital environmental ressources.

I believe in “Less is More”. My closet is always minimal and I try to keep it clean with only the things that are staples or that I love the most.

I’m grateful to be turning my love for clothing and passion for the environment into something beneficial to the world at large.

What is Detach with Love?

DWL was born from the love of keeping a very neat, minimal wardrobe with only our favorite pieces. It is also a passion for recycling and giving a second life to beautifully designed clothes. The name was inspired by our belief that we can finally detach from pieces that are no longer in use in our closet. We all have these... We don't keep them anymore just because we have feelings entangled in them but instead we make a conscious decision to Detach with Love.

At DWL, we help you part away with love from your old clothes to allow you to refresh your space and maybe find new treasures along the way. 

We are dedicated to keeping great care of your items. We can dust them off and fix them if need be. When you decide to give your cherished items to us, we devote our time into storing them and caring for them until they find a second home.

How Does it Work?

Email us to book an appointment to either have one of our specialist come to you or to drop your items to us for consignment. First appointment is free and we can make it easy for you by coming to meet you, if you are located in Los Angeles.

We understand, you might not feel confortable meeting in person during these strange times and we can set up a Zoom as well.
